Chances at the Ivies or equivalents?

Hello, a high schol junior here.
Well, I'm Asian and my dad is very insistent on me getting into "good" universities, preferably with a scholarship. I want to know my chances, especially because the admissions process starts pretty soon. I go to a Catholic boarding school in New England, but I'm not religious.

My GPA: 3.8-ish, unweighted
SAT reasoning: Reading 750, Math 800, Writing 790; overall 2340 (the first was 2210, and this is my second)
SAT subject tests: Math II 800, planning to take chemistry, physics, english lit, etc

SUBJECTS
AP's
Calc BC 4, Comp Sci 5, Japanese 5

Currently taking
Chemistry AP, Physics AP, Stats AP, US History AP, Linear Algebra, English, and church thingy. I'm expecting scores of 5, 4/5, 5, 4 in these AP's, respectively, and I will also be taking the English Language AP.

Next year:
Advanced Art (Photography), Real Analysis, Bio AP, Green Chemistry, English Lit AP, church thingy, and then one more subject I haven't decided yet (I'm thinking Music theory AP)

I'm also on the Honors committee at our school which is a committee that decides on the fate of students who violate academic honesty.
I don't know about being a prefect yet because it's pretty clear that my houseparents don't really like me.
However, I know that my English teacher, my math teacher (who is the principal), my art teacher and my college councilor will write me really good recommendations.

EXTRA CURRICULAR'S AND AWARDS
-2 awards from Columbia Scholastic Press Association, second place for layout in a magazine and honorable mention for a newspaper layout
-Digital photography award from my school
-I go to Vietnam during summers to help disabled kids and other community service. I also make booklets and stuff for this
-varsity swimming (most likely but my coach says the season isn't over even though it's spring break)
-Photography club leader, and I want to do more with photography. I take pictures around school for teachers and sometimes I'd get paid.
-Math club leader
-many other clubs

Schools I want to apply to include (I know most of them are always reaches, but): Stanford, Cal Tech, MIT, Waterloo, Carnegie Mellon, U Chicago, U Penn, Princeton, University of Cambridge or Oxford.

Yeah, that's about it. Thanks for reading through, and I would greatly appreciate your opinion.

You SAT’s are really good, overall you stand a good chance just do well in ur essays :)

By scholarship do you mean need based financial aid? Almost none of your schools offer merit scholarships.

That sounds great Crystal31, thanks
and Waverly, I’m an international student and I’m just not sure if these schools are need-blind to international students… If they are not, would I be diminishing my chances by applying for financial aid?
