Chances at the Texas Academy of Mathematics and Science (TAMS)

I'm a sophomore who has applied to TAMS at UNT for the Class of 2008. At the moment, I'm waiting for my Nov. 5 SAT scores. For obvious reasons, I'm getting a little bit anxious and was wondering if anyone could give me an idea of what my chances are. The application asked for information from 7th grade (which I don't remember the stats from particularly well) up to current sophomore grades.

Grade: Sophomore

I've probably managed to leave out most awards and EC's because the weekend does something to my mind. I know that I received very strong teacher recommendations and am pretty sure that my essays were strong.

So what are my chances?

You should be in.

Thank you. I just got my SAT scores back: 710 M/750 CR/800 W. The math is pretty low, but I really didn't do any prep for the test. It's still just my sophomore SATs. I will certainly retake these next year after I prep for them. Do this help or hurt my chances any?

oops does this or do these

are u kidding me..chances for TAMS??..lol yeah ur in for sure, i mean 100% no doubt. those SAT scores are amazing! I know kids who got in with below 1100 on the old one
