Chances for my brother?

Weighted GPA (through the end of JR year): 4.25
Unweighted GPA (through the end of JR year): 3.75

SAT score: his best score is 2260 - 800 M, 700 V, 760 W

He also took ACT, but didn't get the score back yet.

Extracurricular Activites: A lot of music-related stuff...some clubs...overall solid but not spectacular.

Recommendations: I'm assuming good to very good (he always had good relationship with teachers).

Business/econ major.

UPENN Wharton (ED)
UCHICAGO (EA)
Michigan (EA)
Notre Dame (EA)

Please comment about the chances at those schools and some of the other tarket/reach schools that my brother should look at.

UPENN Wharton (ED) - Reach
UCHICAGO (EA) - Match

Notre Dame (EA) - Match

Columbia (R) - Reach

Might want to consider Washington University in St. Louis, Northwestern, Emory, Vanderbilt, Wesleyan (in CT), Tufts, and Middlebury. Also, it would be wise to add some safeties to the list. All the schools I've listed here and the schools you've listed above range from very selective to highly selective. He needs to apply to a couple of good schools that aren't so difficult to get in to, just in case.
