Chances at UC schools, several in Boston?

My gpa is definitely not the best. Its around a 3.0-3.3. I haven’t gotten my recent transcript yet so currently, Im unsure of what my specific gpa is. I did awful freshmen year, but fixed and retook classes and thankfully brought up my gpa a ton (used to be a 2.6, failed a class and got several D’s). Im currently a junior in high school with many extracurricular activities and interests. Im half turkish and half hispanic, family makes less than 60,000 a year (yearly combined income). My essay writing has improved a ton ever since being in AP lang and i am planning to really focus on the personal statements.

Im planning to double major in Education and Marketing. Here is a list of schools I’m planning to apply to:
Boston University
Umass Amherst and Umass Boston
Northeastern University
Chapman University
UCSD
San Diego State
University of Maine
University of New Hampshire
Boston College
University of Oregon

No chances without test scores.

Agree with @aunt bea, cannot chance without test scores but looking over your grades, you will be hard pressed to even get into SDSU let alone UCSD.

If you are OOS, you need a minimum UC GPA of 3.4 to apply: https://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/

Freshman admit rates for UC GPA of 3.40-3.79:
UCSD: 6%

Freshman Admits for UC GPA of 3.0-3.39:
UCB/UCLA/UCSD/UCSB: 1%

I still haven’t taken the SAT or ACT. I took the PSAT and scored 1240, didn’t qualify for national merit. Im taking the ACT in February and am currently studying for that.

You need to take ACT or SAT to be chanced. You’re chances aren’t high right now for these schools. UMaine and UNH are super easy to get into. San Diegio State is a bit of a rich with your GPA, but depending on SAT or ACT you have a shot. The others are far reaches, only one really in range is UO.

Even if you get the highest test scores, I don’t think you’ll get in BC or Northeastern, and probably not BU or UMass-Amherst.

You could maybe get into UMass-Boston, Maine and UNH? Your list looks very reach heavy.

I think that you would definitely get into UMass Boston (Im looking there too! haha), bc they usually admit kids with a gpa of 3.5 or lower. I mean you did really well on the PSAT, but it’ll have to come down to your ACT scores for the other colleges.
