Chances at UCs?

Ok, I'm a guy from Northern California, attending a relatively competitive public high school.

UC/Weighted Gpa: 3.9
Unweighted Gpa:3.58
Sat1 : 2030 (670Cr,690M,670W) Pretty sure I can retake for at least 2150...
Sat2: Math2:790
Chem: 670 :(
Spanish: 690
EC: I've accomplished nothing. I played JV soccer freshmen year but quit before sophomore year. If I can include it, I played highly competitive club soccer up until late-sophomore year, where I actually participated in the national championships. (Not that it really means anything, given that I quit. :D)
~50 Hours of community service, but I'm sure I'll do at least 100.
I'm lazy and party alot?

I want to go into Engineering, and I realize that my insufficient GPA and lack of any real EC's at all presents a gaping whole in my app., but hey, I might as well give it a shot:

Cal Poly SLO
UCD
UCSB
UCI
UCSD (where i want to go)
UCB
UCLA (i assume berkeley and LA are pretty much 0 chance)

If anyone has any other schools in mind that may fit someone like me stat-wise, I'm open to suggestions.

Oh, and for the hell of it while I'm still adding to this monologue: Children, don't slack off! I certainly could've done much better during high school, as I found all the subject material to be incredibly easy, I was just too lazy to do anything. Having just seen my "resume" in its pathetic entirety, I think I'm going to go lecture my little sister about work ethic

I dunno...since you're in state but this is my guess..

Cal Poly SLO - match
UCD - low match
UCSB - low match
UCI - low match/safety
UCSD (where i want to go) - match
UCB - reach
UCLA - reach

The GPA definitely hurts...

UCI - safety
UCD - low match
UCSB - low match
Cal Poly SLO - match
UCSD - match
UCB - reach (definitely possible though)
UCLA - reach

hey, how about PMing me those answers now??? :) ;)
