Chances at UCSB; ELC?

<p>I am going to be a part of the ELC program what guarantees admission into a UC.
I am going to have a 4.3 weighted UC GPA, 3.85 Unweighted.</p>

<p>I'm worried about my SAT scores though :/ 1720... Low I know.
But..
I am going to have a bunch of EC's: baseball (2 years), football (3 years, 1 on varsity), and basketball (4 yrs, 3 on varsity, team captain), student council, and a few other stuff.</p>

<p>Going to have over 300 hours of community service, including starting a foundation, and more. Do I still have a chance?</p>

<p>There basically is no ELC anymore. I think maybe only one or two of the lower ranked UC’s participate.</p>
