<p>I got my transfer acceptance last year on April 16. Don't be scared if they send you a thin envelope, my acceptance was only 1 page.</p>
<p>oh yeah I'm also thinking that or is either my financial aid form isn't signed or something, trust me, i'm really not expecting an acceptance letter and def. not this early. I'll let you guys know though</p>
<p>Wow wahoo2007, you got your acceptance really early...was it posted up online or did you get a letter? oh and did people start hearing that early last year or was it just you?</p>

<p>I got it in letter form (they didn't change the website unitl April 30). From what I could tell, they sent the letters out in two waves, one mailed around April 15 (only acceptances) and one mailed April 30 (good & bad letters).</p>
<p>Just a personal message to all of you...has nothing to do w/ UVa at all, but:
Don't drink and drive...I just lost a best friend to that this Friday...second best friend in 1.5 years to the same fate...so just some preaching...You can hurt yourself and everyone close to you.</p>

<p>I heard a 19 yr. old was in an accident on I20 in C'Ville a few days ago and he was intoxicated. He hit someone and sent them to the hospital. Was this friend of yours in the accident?</p>

<p>WMROCKS lettter is not a letter of admission but a letter letting you know about AccessUva. I got one about 2 weeks ago from admissions.</p>

<p>it has nothing to do with in-state status. i got one and i live an hour from C'Ville. I don't know if that letter means that they have choosen me or not by not really telling me that i was accepted?</p>
