Hello everyone. I’m an incoming senior at one of the most competitive high schools in the state of Texas. My stats are as follows:
-3.4 weighted GPA(4 scale)
-33 ACT Score
-solid EC’s and CS
So I was wondering what my chances were of getting in at Texas A&M, UT Austin, and SMU. If I went to UT or A&M I’d probably want to major in history while if I went to SMU, I’d probably lean towards business. My top options would certainly be the two public universities because of the cost, but any guidance would be very much appreciated! Thank you all!
Oh and for those wondering about class rank, my school doesn’t rank.
Looks good for the private schools, not so good for the state schools.
Isn’t there some rule at A&M that if you make a certain test score you can be admitted? Check that out.
