UT -- no chance
TAMU -- slight chance

You might want to amend your list a bit. You don't really stand much of a chance at UT-Austin, and...

Alaska is just not a good school. There are much better schools you could get into with better engineering programs.

For an international student, Texas A&M (which is a bit of a reach anyway) is going to be a bummer. I wouldn't advise going there - it'd be too much culture shock for a non-Texan, let alone someone from India.

SUNY Buffalo has an ugly, sprawling campus in one of the coldest, snowiest places in the United States. It's a decent school, but take weather and location into account.

I'd advise looking at some of the more middling state schools. Judging from your list, you might like:

University of New Orleans

Virginia Tech

Texas Tech

Well I wouldn't say that you don't have a chance at UT Austin. The average old SAT score with just the combined Math and Verbal section was about 1110 - 1350, and you seem like you probably would have fit in that range. However, you might want to raise that as much as possible. Another thing (if you really are from India) is that you'd be an international student. Even though UT Austin is a state school, they're still looking for some diversity. They don't want a school filled entirely with texans.

Finally, Texas A&M isn't a "bit of a reach" school. Their acceptance rate is around 70%

There are lots of Asian students- especially grad students- at A&M. You have a good shot there.
