^NYxJon is talkin’ nonsense.
Your test scores SAT II wise are solid. Can’t say the same for your SAT Is. The other deciding factor is rank, or an estimation of your rank, so it’d be helpful if the OP could provide that. With the rather limited extra curriculars so far, it looks that WUSTL and UChicago will both be at least low reaches.

Class rank isn’t done at my school just valedictorian, but can be assumed top 10% out of 290 kids.

On the 5.0 scale, there are around 50 kids who have GPAs above 4.3 (B+), and I have a 4.7, so I guess that should put me around top 29?

Does me being in the NE region help add geographic diversity?

Also does anyone know if I apply early action to somewhere, can I change my common app stuff to add more achievements later?

I say that your test scores, coure rigor, and GPA are the highlight of your app. Ec’s sound somewhat lacking, but what you do have is quite good. Possibly increase volunteer hours.
Both sound like low to mid reaches
