Chances being transferred into cornell ilr

In high school I didn't perform as well as I should have due to lack of motivation.
Ended up with a gpa of 3.06 upper 29% of my class.
Didn't even take the sat...

EC throughout high school:
Band 2 years
Sax choir sophomore year
Volunteer library 2-4
Ryla Junior year
Interact 2-4
International club 1-4 treasurer junior year
Eco 1-2
Society of males scholars 3-4 treasurer senior year
National honors society secretary 3-4
Art Alliance 4
Model United Nations 2-3
Trading card and game 4

I decided to take a year off and get myself together before entering college so I wouldn't make the same mistake I did in high school. Definitely was a good idea to take the year off since I got myself straight.

I will be attending a maricopa community college in arizona next semester. If I end up doing well maintaining a 3.8-4.0 gpa and take my sats is there a chance of be getting admitted into cornell ilr program?

Also does anyone know what ec look good for a ilr.
I plan on becoming a lawyer in the future.

Thanks for the help in advance.

If you get great grades in college (3.7+) and participate in great relevant extracurriculars, you will have a decent shot. It’s best to apply as a junior transfer if your HS stats are weak.

Could you list some relevent extracurriculars?

I mean no one can really tell you that. Whatever your interests are, try to align them with ILR.

Do an internship at a law firm or something, or human resources. Whatever you are passionate about!
