Chances? ;D (UC Berkeley, UCLA, etc.)

So. Hi~! I'm currently a junior... x3;; And yes. Since I'm going to be applying to colleges next year (kinda nervous!) I was wondering about my chances at several colleges. Kinda long. But here goes! :]

411~! x3;
Asian-American female, CA resident.
GPA: 4.0 (Unweighted/Freshman Year), 4.1 (Sophomore Year), 4.7 (Junior Year)
Rank: 1/500-something.
I attend an upper mid-tier school.

AP Classes Taken:
- AP World History
- AP Biology
- AP Spanish
- AP Calculus AB
- AP English Language
GOING TO TAKE...
- AP Calculus BC
- AP Physics
- AP English Literature

AP Scores:
- AP World: 3
PROJECTED...:
- AP Biology: 4/5
- AP Calculus AB: 4/5
- AP Language: 4/5
- AP Spanish: 3/4

Honors:
- Honors Chemistry

Accelerated (like Honors without the tag/extra point average. Lol.):
- English 1A
- English 2A

SAT I (Planning to retake this June):
Math: 660
Verbal: 750
Writing: 720, 10 on essay.
-- Sidenote: Did not do squat to prepare for the SATs. Whoops. So I think I'll do better (-crosses fingers-) this time around, considering I took a prep course for the math and am actually going to STUDY this time for the SATs!

SAT IIs (Taken, waiting for results):
Math IIC: ?? Took prep class for this, expect 700ish.
Biology: ?? Studied intensively, expecting high 700s-800.
Spanish: ?? Not sure. Not sure at all, but expecting 600-low 700s.

Extracurriculars (As of now):
Marching band: 2 years, 1 year assistant section leader.
Newspaper: 3 years, 2 years as section editor.
Yearbook: 2 years, 1 year as copy editor.
Spanish Club: 2 years, 2 years as publicist.
CST/Science Club: 2 years, 1 year as treasurer.
Tutoring: 3 years, 1 hour, each week, each semester. x3; Approx. 120 hours total, give or take a few hours. I also tutor over the summer as a job.
-- Sidenote: It's very likely that I will become editor-in-chief of either Newspaper or Yearbook (depending on my decision. I still don't know yet). And yes, paltry list... but I spend a LOT of time in them, especially Newpaper and Yearbook.

Finally, the colleges!
-- UC Berkeley
-- UCLA
-- UCSD
-- UC Davis (Thinking about this as a safety. Comments?)
-- Yale
-- Princeton
-- Cornell
-- Creighton University
(These are the ones that have caught my eye so far. x3;)

Thank you for your time and for your responses~! :] I really appreciate them.

First-if you have not already done so..check in with your guidance counselor. If you are attending a public school, you may be eligible to ELC---and that will provide you true "safeties" within the UC system. Over the summer, begin thinking about how your ec's define you/your passions. You know already to bring up your SATs/AP scores. Look at different resource guides like FISKE-college *******--to determine which schools are a fit--location/size/majors...You are on the right track-Good Luck!

UC Berkeley--Match to Slight Reach (in-state)
UCLA--Match (in-state)
UCSD--Safe Match to Match (in-state)
UC Davis--Safe Match (in-state)
Yale--Reach
Princeton--Reach
Cornell--Match to Slight Reach
Creighton University--Safe Match to Match

You are a reach at Yale and Princeton because of the SATs (low) and lack of outstanding ECs. Your ECs are okay, but there are no academic honors/awards, and the leadership is just okay. (You need to shoot for yearbook editor if you want any shot at Yale or Princeton).

P.S. You need to go look up how to compute a UC GPA, by the way--it is impossible to get a 4.7 in a single year due to capped honors (8 semesters max). Also, I agree with APOL--you are a good candidate for ELC--which might make your odds at UC Berkeley much better than just 55% or so, which is what it is using the regular application method.

Best of success to youl

^^ hm, why do you say Berkeley is a match to slight reach? I was going to say match. Otherwise, I agree with your assessment.

I disagree on some of them:

-- UC Berkeley- MATCH
-- UCLA- MATCH
-- UCSD- LOW MATCH
-- UC Davis- SAFETY
-- Yale- HIGH REACH
-- Princeton- HIGH REACH
-- Cornell- REACH
-- Creighton University- SAFETY

Things to Work on:
You need to improve your SAT Math.
Awards.
