Chances for a few schools

White Male
Small public high school in upstate New York.
Colleges: RPI, U of Chicago, Skidmore, Vassar, Case Western Reserve
GPA-95.07/100, school doesn't weight grades and I don't know what this translates to on a 4.0 scale...3.8 maybe?
Rank-7/110 or so; top 10%
SAT Verbal- 620
SAT Math- 700
SAT Writing- 660
Total- 1320/1980
ACT- Taking on Saturday, expect 29-31
I retook the SAT this month, but I haven't received my scores as of yet.

School doesn't offer any APs, just classes affiliated with local community colleges. I have taken the most rigorous schedule available at my school, and have accumulated 20-25 college credits.

Awards- 8 Varsity Letters, Rensselaer Medal (probably only a help at RPI), "Trivia Team" League MVP and 2nd team All-City, All-League selection in outdoor track

ECs- Trivia Team (9, 10 JV) (11, 12 V) Aforementioned awards junior year
Soccer- (9, 10 JV) (11, 12 V) Moved up at end of 10th grade, can I put a check for varsity down on my app?
Indoor and Outdoor Track- (9, 10, 11, 12 V). All-League for outdoor junior year
National Honor Society- (11,12)
Church Worship Band- I have played drums in this band for four years.
Varsity Club- 12 (should have joined earlier....)
American Legion Boys' State- 11
Jazz Band/Concert Band- (9, 10, 11, 12)
Johns Hopkins CTY in middle school (probably doesn't mean anything)

Work experience- Worked as soccer referee during the summer between my sophomore and junior year

Essay- The people reviewing it say that it is pretty good.
Recs- Should be decent

I'm not that great at track, but I'm going to fill out a contact form for U of Chicago to increase my chances there. If it matters, I want to major in History at U of C, and Science, Technology, and Society Studies at RPI and Vassar. CWRU has a similar program. At Skidmore, I want to go for Business and Management with a Law and Society minor. I spend most of my time in sports, so I don't have a ton of time for a laundry list of ECs. Any responses would be very appreciated. Thanks!

Overall, I think you look like you're in decent shape for most of your schools. Your GPA and class rank are both excellent, while your extracurriculars are okay, and your SATs are a bit weak for University of Chicago and Vassar. I would personally recommend you fill out recruiting forms if you have any interest whatsoever in getting involved with track in college: that seems to be your strongest extracurricular, so you should try to play it up as much as possible.

Please note that if you do significantly better on your SATs or ACTs, your chances will improve somewhat for some of these schools. Oh, and also, I think the Rensselaer Medal should really help you with RPI... my sister received it as well, and her counselor told her to use the school as her sole safety because of it.

Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute... LIKELY.
University of Chicago... HIGH REACH.
Skidmore College... GOOD FIT.
Vassar College... REACH.
Case Western Reserve University... SAFETY.
