<p>all of those are reaches and dependent on the essay, except for tufts and georgetown which would be very decent chances.</p>
<p>I don't know how decent chances in the single-digit percentages are... (Tufts' acceptance rate is 8-9% for transfers, the number is usually higher for Gtown, but still not very high)</p>
<p>because the stats are above tuft's average.</p>
