Chances for a home schooled student

Hi,
I am currently home schooled and have attended non accredited high schools. Do I stand a chance at being accepted at a UC, especially UCD?
My stats are as follow:
Caucasian(if that matters)
Low income family
First generation

9th grade UC GPA= 3.5
10th grade= 4.0
11th grade= 4.0
cumulative UC GPA=3.8

ACT= 25
SAT II History=630
SAT II Spanish= 380 (only other subject test I could take because I have college transferable classes in all the other subjects)

I have not taken any AP classes, but I have taken 9 classes at my local community college, and 5 of them are transferable.
My only extracurriculars are one year of sports and volunteering for a congressional campaign.

I also have some special circumstances. I skipped the 6th grade and would have graduated early, but I had to take a year off because my Mom became disabled and I had to take over the head of household duties from her.

Is it going to be hard for me to get in, and how hard is it to be admitted by exception?
Thanks in advance.

I'm no expert, but I say Davis is a match, if not, very slight reach, depending on your major. (Not talking by exception)

Ill be attending Davis this fall, and if it means anything:

UC GPA: 3.6, 7 AP Classes + 2 CC courses

SAT II Hist: 670
SAT II Math II: 670
SATI: 1850

Undeclared Life Science major

Essays are very important to UCs. Do well on them and you should be fine.
