Chances for a nonED?

I'm applying regular decision, soI know it'll be harder for me, but any chances?

APs

Biology-5
English Composition-4

I'll be taking Spanish, Literature, and Calculus in the spring.

I have one of the toughest class loads, considering my school only offers a total of 8 APs and virtually no honors or accelerated courses. (I know, it sucks.)

EC-
Marching Band (WW captain)
Jazz band, concert band, pit orchestra, small ensembles
Varsity Softball
Winterguard (captain)
National Honor Society (VicePres), Math Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society

Lots of community service, including peer tutoring and the bronze and silver award for girl scouts.

Edit: I'm applying for philosophy/political science. I really want to be an attorney general in the future, or even a state prosecutor. Something that combines a public position with law. I'd also really like to continue music in college, its something that I've been passionate about all through high school, so if anybody can mention any other schools which really put emphasis on their music programs that be great.

So any comments? I know this is probably the norm for who applies to Columbia, but maybe I have a 50/50 chance with a good essay?

how about Oberlin for music

Your stats look good. with a good essay, you might even be a favorite.
