Chances for an Eastcoaster ED

<p>I'm interested in applying to Pomona ED1. Here are my stats:

<p>Grades:

lots of A-'s

UWGPA: 3.8ish</p>

<p>A- average (overall)</p>

<p>UPWARD GRADE TREND</p>

<p>Took 2 math courses sophmore year and 2 sciences junior year</p>

<p>Senior Courseload:
AP BC Calc
AP Enviorn. Sci
AP Bio
AP Eng
AP Spanish</p>

<p>ECs:
-President and founder of an enviornmental organization (devote more than 10 hours per week to it)
-Enviornmental Column for school newspaper
-Vice President of Habitat for Humanity Club
-Vounteer at local hospital (hope of persue a career in either medicine or enviornmental science)
-Avid climber approx. 4 hours per week
-Avid hiker/skiier/snowshoer, etc.
-Took Chemistry and Enviornmental Science courses at a local community college during the summer.</p>

<p>Considering this, what are my chances for ED??</p>

<p>D had similar SAT scores (old version) and a 3.9 GPA and was accepted ED1. If you submit strong essays and recs and have a good interview, you stand a very good chance of getting accepted ED.</p>

<p>wow, i hope you're not killing yourself senior year with all those APs. i think it's awesome you climb! we have this local rock climbing center which is insanely fun, you should check it out if you come visit. i'd write about that for your essay too, cuz not a lot of people do those rugged outdoors sports anymore.</p>
