Chances for Blinn Team/Communications major filled?

<p>I go to a very competitive high school, my GPA's 2.7 unweighted, my rank is 4th quarter, SAT 1590 (about to retake), and I'm about to take the ACT but I got a 32 on my practice test.
I have a ton of leadership positions and I'm very involved in a few clubs and organizations including band (I'm a section leader and officer).
I sent in 2 very strong recommendation letters and I'm about to send in my three essays which I have been told are very strong.</p>

<p>Also, is the Communications major or Telecommunication Media Studies, BA major filled yet? I heard rumors that at least Communications was. If so, would I still be able to get into Binn Team?</p>

<p>Yeah you would be put into ‘general studies Blinn Team’ I think.</p>
