This always gets asked about in the interview and I talk about how it was originally founded for religious debate and I've moved it moved it in a somewhat more existentialism\ethics direction and it's been a great tool to promote tolerance and understanding of different beliefs and to learn about different worldviews, which seems to go over well.

Model congress and state assembly. I won 2nd best representative at model state assembly last year.
2.5 years of work at my local library.

Thanks, and I'll chance you back as soon as possible

Your SAT and EC’s are great. But your gpa is strange. 3.5 and in top 10%? do you go to like a magnet school? Anyway I think you have like a 50-50 shot for most of your schools. Just write a good essay and i think you’ll have a decent chance. And good teacher recs, that is a must. Good luck!

Chance me back?

Like the poster above said your tests and EC’s are in the range for those schools but your GPA and class rank are low.
Penn - reach
Brown- smaller reach
JHU - smaller reach
Wesleyan - no idea

Thanks, and my school (public not magnet) does class rank using weighted GPA, and I’ve been taking pretty much all APs and honours courses, so that’s why the GPA and rank may seem a bit out of sync. And most of what’s dragging it down is my grades freshman year when I wasn’t really thinking forward to college at all.

Yeah it happens, for me that was the case the first two years lol.
