Chances for CGS at Boston University

Hey everyone, I am junior starting to look at colleges, and BU is one that I am considering. I would love to be able to go straight into SMG, but, I don’t think my stats are good enough to get in without going to CGS for two years.
Hispanic male from Virginia(possible cross country recruit if I can bring my times down a little)
Income Bracket 160,00
UW GPA 3.35, WGPA-3.5 AP- 10th gr Euro(3), this year Psych and US history, next year Stat, Environmental, Spanish, Government.
SAT- 1860- CR 670, 590 Math, 600, writing (will retake)
EC- Cross Country, Track, all four years, cocaptain of CC this year, will be head captain of both next year, volunteer in my schools special ed program, and mentor incoming freshmen at my school. It would be most appreciated if you could tell me what you think my chances are. If you would like me to chance just post a link to your thread and I will do so.

Bumpppp anyone

You don’t seem to have low stats, and as the school year goes on your SATs will approve. On the common app application there is a box you check off if you want to be considered for CGS if you don’t get into your first choice school within BU. I say you apply to SMG but then check that box that way if you don’t get in you will still be considered for CGS!
Best of luck!
(also I’m pretty sure they only see the GPA that your school sends them. So if you only send your weighted gpa, then that’s what they’re going to see)
