Please tell me what are my chances for major in computer science at top schools (Cornell, Carnegie Mellon, Harvard, Princeton, UC Berkeley, UCLA, UChicago, University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign...)

I'm doing full IB Diploma: Physics HL, Maths HL, Chemistry HL, ITGS SL, Hindi SL, English SL, TOK. predicted overall 34 (I know that's damn low)
Our school does not offer any AP courses

SAT: 2230
SAT II: Maths I(800) Maths II(790) Physics(770)

ECs: Basketball, Table tennis, Computer literacy program, Astronomy club, Actor in various high school plays, Photography club... Uhhh we don't have leadership positions in those clubs. All members are equal.

Outside school: Making games, developed my own website to share my projects, made various tools/android apps/programming porfolios, Enrolled in advanced courses for C++, Java, .NET, Oracle...
I did all this just out of my interest and not for any company or particular client (**** that's a big disadvantage. Never thought it would hurt my chances). No internships either.
Big deal I cannot find any business company or clients to work for.
I also want to do a research on array-sorting algorithms but how do I freaking publish it. How do I let colleges know that I am really passionate about computers. Unfortunately, our school does not offer any courses in computer science. There are no computer science clubs like Robotics as such where I could no doubt take a lead role. I wanted to start my own IT club to help our school by providing IT solutions to various problems. No one really seemed interested in it. No one here is interested in computers. :(
I want to get in one of the top schools so I will be able to do a really good research, work with smart asses and brilliant professors. There is so much to learn and so many opportunities. But I am really stressed out at the moment since I don't have those stellar stats. Can anyone help me? Guide me as in how can I improve my stats and chances?
Anyways I will be applying to all the schools mentioned above and I know they are really difficult to get in. So I have few safety schools - Purdue, Georgia institute of Tech., UMichigan.
