Interested in:
Cornell, NYU, College of William and Mary, UVA, Boston University, and Barnard

Cornell: Reach
NYU: Reach
William and Mary: Reach
BU: Match (ECs saving you here)
Barnard: Reach

Do you have a safety?

yes. I’m automatically accepted into all Texas public schools.
What is making these schools a reach? The test scores?

yes the “SAT” scores which are actually ACT scores LOL
and the fact that you haven’t taken any SATIIs yet and not too big of a course load
you do however, have A LOT of good ECs though
Cornell is definitely a reach for you because they have high SAT standards
NYU is also a reach
Boston U and Barnard you have a decent shot

Hi. You seem to have the same problem as me :frowning:
Your ECs are good, but your SAT Score isnt high enough. Also GPA is a bit lacking.
At this point, Cornell and NYU look like reaches. If you can get your SAT Score up, things might turn out differently!
All the best!

Please chance back? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1411650-chance-indian-hypd-cornell-mit-will-chance-back.html

Cornell is a high reach and NYU is a reach. Your SAT score is very low for Cornell and NYU, as it’s not within the bottom 25% for either school.

Thanks for the honesty!
