chances for foreigners

Hi, I'm a junior, (female Asian) in a really big public school in northern VA and I'd like to know what my chances are in being accepted to top IVY universities. I came to the US two weeks before my freshman year from South Korea, and have worked my hardest during the last two years to buff up my transcript/extracurricular activities. I need the fullest financial support I can get, and I've heard Princeton, Harvard, and Yale have the best financial programs. Here's my info. up to sophomore year. What schools should I apply?

GPA: 3. 94 (5 on AP World History test/ B+ on korean 1,2)
EC: marching band(section leader next year/ best freshman marcher/ won several competitions), key club, softball team, weekly volunteering at church
summer: took summer course in George Mason University, went to India for volunteer(total volunteer hours: 94 hrs).
SATs: SATI: 2050(will retake this year), MathIIC: 800, world history: 780
This year I'm taking 4 APs (chem. lang. calc BC, US history) physics honors, and spanish 3.
Please reply!!

Class rank, class size, gender, and ethnicity?

didn't know it would matter that much!! it's been editted!
