<p>I need some opinion on my profile, pls comment
applying RD</p>

<p>Also, how much will financial aid affect my chances ????</p>

RAMANUJAM ALL INDIA MATHEMATICS EXAM – 2012 -awarded for Maximum marks in School </p>

<p>SAT 1 : 2350 M:800, WR:790 CR: 760 3rd sitting
SAT 2 : M2 - 740, Phys - 730
TOEFL : 106</p>

<p>LOR's : amazing, all of them
Essays : pretty solid</p>

<p>You have very impressive SAT score so why don’t you apply to need-blind universities like Harvard, Yale, Stanford,MIT and others. I think financial aid is not a big factor in the university you are applying because all of them are very prestigious and generous. You have a shot in all of those institutes you have listed but still no one can really tell you the real results. :wink: I am a Paki though and understand that we want so much aid to afford US colleges so why don’t try out some colleges who are willing to give us 100% . Gluck :D</p>

<p>I think you have a chance enough that it is worth applying to the schools you listed. I agree that they are probably reaches but I dont think they are beyond your reach so give it your best effort and good luck.</p>

<p>From what i know, although my stats are ok but my EC’s arent that great
and other students with the same stats may have better EC’s </p>

<p>Your ECs are fine. Dont worry about that. Make sure your application/essays allow them to know who you are as a person. Your story will be important.</p>
