Chances for Ivies + LAC's - Please, please chance!

Hi! So, I'm new on the forum and was wondering what my chances were for the following schools:

Essays:
One was about how me and my sister hitchhiked to India about a year back. It was quite an adventure and an emotional journey of sorts. This is highlighted in my Essay.

Another was about my passion for writing and how much words mean to me and how I am able to use them to express myself: 'The pen is mightier then the sword' is the underpinning message.

Recommendations:
Hopefully good! I have a great relationship with my counsellor and my teachers so there probably good. :)

Anywho, I'm British but go to an American curriculum school so I'll be applying as an international applicant. I don't require FA.

Please chance! I'll chance back!!

Not another one… let me ask you this, what do you think your chances are? If you HONESTLY have no idea, then I’d reconsider those schools. If you made this post to have people tell you how great you are and what awesome chances you have, then have fun with that!

I hate to do this, but ivies really are a crap shoot. So, instead of chancing you specifically on those, I’ll tell you what will make you stand out. Obviously grades/SAT scores (2400 is been know to exponentially increase your chances of admittance) Your EC’s seem cool, but you didn’t really elaborate with them. Do you like them a lot? Show your passion where that’s concerned, that will help you a ton! Good resume though, and you’ve got a good a shot as everyone else!

Princeton -reach/high reach
Columbia - reach/high reach
Amherst College - high match/match (I think you’ll be fine)
Swarthmore - I’m unfamiliar, sorry!
Duke - high match
University of Chicago - high match
Georgetown - match
NYU - low match (dare I say safety?)
University of Michigan - Ann Arbor - safety
Carnegie Mellon - low match/match
Johns Hopkins - high match
UPenn - reach/high reach

I don’t remember seeing any high school students in 20 under 40 for The New Yorker…
