A Few minor scholarships and school awards

Background:
Asian female (Indian-US dual citizen)
Income bracket (approx. 90,000)
Hooks: none (Ill be the first in my family to attend uni in the states, but I doubt that matters.)

Strengths: intense research, extremely rigorous courseload, can get excellent recs from research mentors and professors, as well as my GC

Weaknesses: three Bs (in calc and upper division science courses at university), no national awards, I was forced to be in a homebound program in 9th grade due to medical problems (but my grades were good during this period as well)

So, what are my chances for the listed universities? Is there a chance of getting a merit scholarship at UF? Should I mention the illness in 9th in my apps, even though my grades were not really affected? Should I even bother applying to the ivies? Why is the sky blue?
