-Summer track club (it's not a camp, its a branch of USA Track&Field), this is the first yr i'm doing this, but there are many meets where the team will compete against college athletes and, i believe, professional athletes, we'll see how i do there! i've been told I have a chance of placing at these meets
-I am the state champion in my event, and ranked top ten in all of New England in that event. I've reached the national silver standard (possibly gold by the time I apply to colleges) and i have placed / won at many statewide (or spanning multiple states) meets

:]

the ivies don’t give scholarships for sports

If you’re looking to get recruited, you’ll be contacted by the schools themselves. My friend was recruited for track this year, and she was flown out to all the ivies on their expense.

If you get recruited - good luck!

If you get recruited, you would have no problem at any of these schools. Without being recruited, you have a lot of reaches and might, as an ORM from the NE, consider somemore schools between the ivies and UConn.

ok thank you everyone!

also, what kind of school would be between the ivies and my safety?

Look into university of california’s. :)

Like other people have said, if you get recruited you will have a much easier time getting in to any of these schools.

Yale - reach
Brown - reach
Dartmouth - low reach
Cornell - low reach
Princeton - reach
Swarthmore - match
Georgetown - match
Uconn - low match
