Chances for Ivy League + top schools based on course schedule

I wanted to know how rigorous my course schedule looks. I’m currently a junior and I go to an IB Magnet School with AP courses offered. I’m aiming for the Ivy League and top schools as a STEM major. Please let me know if you think this schedule is rigorous, especially in the eyes of top schools, or any suggestions you have. Also please note that I take AP/honors classes because I’m interested in them, not because of the “AP” in front of the name.

Sophomore year:
AP Chemistry
AP English Language
Spanish 4
Geometry
Bio
Religion
Art

Junior year:
AP English Literature

The application you have put here just states what classes you are/have taken or are taking. Your grades in these classes play a vital role in your acceptance and also the relative competition of your region plays a role too. Furthermore, with an application like this, it is hard to predict what you will get into b/c multiple students get into the top colleges having taken about 5 ap classes and tests. So, if you could provide us with more data regarding your levels of success in these classes, it will be easier to judge. @onclass Thanks for the feedback! Will chance back.

Freshman and sophomore year my grades were in the A range (several A minuses in AP) but this year I am in the A range as well (no A minuses). My school doesn’t calculate GPA or rank so I assume mine is near a 4.0. I have good ECs (leader of several clubs, 2 varsity sports, and quite a few other things).

Hmm… so basically if your gpa is close to a 4.0, you have a good chance as any other applicant for the Ivys. The thing which will make you stand out the most at this point is your EC’s. The percent of people who get accepted into Ivys with a 4.0 normally exceed 30%. So if your Ec’s are solid, you have a good chance due to the rigorous course load you have taken, and also the consistency in your grades.

SAT / ACT scores?

“The percent of people who get accepted into Ivys with a 4.0 normally exceed 30%.”
You can check top schools that provide this detail. Princeton 9.4%. Stanford 6%.

Ummmm, not true.
