Chances for James Madison?

My SAT scores are:
Critical reading: 610
math: 580
writing: 690
1190/1600, 1880/2400
highschool GPA unweighted is 3.4 right now, and I'm 1/4 of the way through senior year. although my grades have been improving (i have straight A's this quarter, GPA 3.85)
My classes this year are IB Chemistry HL, IB Econ HL, IB Math Studies SL, AP lit, AP Comparative gov and Spanish 1 Ab intio (i took spanish 1 in 9th grade, then took Greek in 10th and 11th, but due to my schedule i couldnt continue greek so i went back to spanish)
11th grade i had the same classes except AP language instead of lit, IB Bio instead of AP gov, and Greek 2 instead of spanish. 9th and 10th grade i took no honors courses.
I went to a public school in VA in 9th grade, but moved to Greece (my dad's a diplomat) and started 10th grade at a private american school in athens, and i'm graduating here.
I'm a citizen of VA so i'll be considered in-state
My counselors/teachers seem to think my essay is very good, and i have a good recommendation.
extracurriculars:
9th: crew, all year bagging at Giant grocery
10th: cross country, debate, summer job at US embassy in Athens
11th: debate (2 tournaments), summer job at embassy, went to refugee soup kitchen for total 10hrs
12th: debate (1 or 2 more tournaments), summer job at embassy
