Chances for MatSE?

All right so I applied for Materials Science and Engineering, and I put my second choice as Industrial. If you don't think I have a chance for those, chances for DGS?

I am a white male and in-state.

School does not have AP's, so I guess it doesn't count against me? idk.

UWGPA: 4.0
WGPA: A little higher.

W Rank: 4/50 :/
ACT: 30 (Math: 32)

My counselor said she sent both weighted and unweighted rank and that the adcoms will use whichever is more beneficial. My rank is 4 because 3 people are tied for first. I missed a weighted class in my schedule.

What do you guys think? I absolutely LOVE this school.

ACT could be a bit higher, but I’d say you’re a match.

Thanks! Yeah I’m a bit on the low end of the 50 percentile for my ACT, but hopefully the GPA will make up for it. Youth Leadership Institute was actually a 3 credit college course at the local CC. Do I have to send the transcript from the CC? I don’t remember them asking for it when I filled out my app.

Call admissions and ask.
