Chances for McGill with senioritis?

In 2nd semester sophomore year, and both semesters junior year, I've had a GPA above 4.0. My cumulative by the end of junior year was 3.9something. This year I got predicted a 44 in IB. But this first semester of senior year, I got mainly B+s, and a a couple of Bs and an A-. The grades might go a little higher, so I might get a few As and A-s, but I don't know for sure.

But given that my grades don't change much due to exams and last pieces of work for this semester, will McGill reject me because of this fall in grades in senior year? :/

BTW, I'm a Canadian overseas (not in the US), and besides the IB I'm also doing the American high school diploma (obviously).

McGill’s admissions appear to adhere strictly to grade standards, but I don’t know if they’ll take your senioritis into consideration. A close friend of mine made it into McGill based on SAT and AP scores that were significantly higher than their baseline, and several other friends made it in on very, very late applications with similar scores. I’d like to tell you you’ll probaby be fine with an overall >3.5 GPA, but a GPA drop senior year tends to be worse than a low freshman/sophomore GPA that’s worked itself up.

bump…
