Chances for me? Stressing? Help?

I’m an upcoming senior, stressed, and looking into the following schools:

UC Davis
UC Santa Barbara
University of Washington
American University
McGill University
Cal Poly
King’s College of London

3.7 Unweighted/3.8 Weighted GPA
28 ACT
SAT 11:
-620 French
-700 US Hist.
-690 Literature

I know my GPA is low, I recieved a C in Trig last year

I am interested in Political Science, International Relations, Law.

I’m learning three languages: French (4 years–currently AP), Spanish (2 years, but I skipped to level 3), and Russian (1 year at local college).

I have pretty good ECs (I can elaborate if needed)

***** Any other school suggestions with my stats?
***** Any good ACT studying tips? I’d love to raise it to a 32

Are you in- state CA?

Freshman admit rates (2016) for UC GPA of 3.80-4.19:

UCB: 14%
UCLA: 14%
UCSD: 44%
UCSB: 54%
UCD: 58%
UCI: 65%
UCSC: 85%
UCR: 94%
UCM: 96%

UCD/UCSB: High Match-Low Reach
Assuming Cal Poly SLO: High Match

If you are a CA resident, add Sac state for a safety (proximity to the capital for internships), UCR or UCSC as Match schools.
Not sure what kind of budget you have but you might want to consider some privates such as Loyola Marymount, Occidental, Univ of San Francisco.
