Hi guys. I'm from Hong Kong and studying Hong Kong Diploma for junior year. I'm interested to apply NYU and its my dream to study there. However, i was born in US (New York), and studied in an American system school in Hong Kong from grade 8 to grade 10(for grade 10 i only studied only for half year). For some reason i transfered into local school and continue to study. I was taking normal classes in grade 10, here is what i have study for grade 10 while i was still studying in an American system school.

Algebra II
Integrated Science
Mandarin (honour class)
ICT
English 2

Now im studying Hong Kong Diploma we have to study 4 core subjects and choose 2 or 3 electives we want to study, here is what i have currently:

Core subjects:
Chinese
English
Mathematics
Liberal Studies

Electives:
Chemistry
Physics
M2 (mathematics extension, algebra and calcuslus) (considering if I should drop or change to economics)

I will take SAT I and SAT II(chemistry, physics, math level 2) soon. I wanted to study chemistry in NYU. Now im considering If i should drop M2 to put more effort on phyics and chemistry or change to economics. Also I think it would be better if I go to US to finish my high school. So I have planned to study in US for grade 12 and hope could take some advantage course. My SAT I aim for 1800 or above. SAT II aim for 650 or above. However, in my current plan and course would it help me to get into NYU?
I know it might hard to read or understand. Sorry :S Is there any chance for me or any other more suggestions? Feel free to ask me more about my academic profile. Really hope can get more advice from you guys. Thank you.
