chances for me?

Im a senior in a high school in southeast michigan, about 20 miles from ann arbor

gpa: 3.98
act: 32

ECs:
Track and Field: 4yrs
Students Against Destructive Decisions: 4yrs
National Honor Society: 2yrs
Spanish Club: 1yr
Multicultural Association: 1yr

yeah i dont really have much ECs but I dont know if its just at my school, but it seems that everyone's a phony and just does the activities for their college apps, for example, spanish club etc etc i got so sick of it after a year and didnt do much else. devoted a lotta time to track tho :)

thanks for any advice/opinions!!!

yeah im debating between MSU/umich/SUNY UB. my pops lives barely 5 miles from SUNY UB's campus, and i live with my mom and we live about 20 mins from ann arbor

oh sorry, forgot to mention, is it competetive for out of state applicants?

sorry for multiple posts, and thanks for any help!!!

My kid got into the honors college with similar credentials, along with a very nice scholarship. He's a sophomore and really likes SUNY Buffalo.

thanks a lot! gets hopes up

hope out of state isnt too competitive

Tablecloth
I agree wholeheartedly w/NeonZeus, my frosh D also got into Honors college w/scholarship and is loving UB. We are instate but I understand that UB is eagerly if not aggressively seeking more OOS students.

Dont want to bombard the board with another thread, but I was wondering if UB superscores the act scores?

Oh Tablecl0th.... I think you SHOULD go for Umich.... I did not see any reasons for them not to accept you! And I would recommend you to apply to some private schools as well, since they do give financial aids based on your family income.
