Chances for Michigan or Michigan State?

I'm going to be a senior this year. My DREAM school is University of Michigan, but if I don't get in and get into MSU, I'll be alright. Michigan State is actually big for the program I want to go into, anyway.
I KNOW I don't have a great GPA, but that is mainly because I have always taken the most difficult classes offered to me. Here is what I've taken:
9th grade: Honors biology, Accelerated Geometry, Spanish I, English 9, World History, and Health/gym

10th grade: AP US History, Honors English, Honors Chemistry, Spanish II, Nutrition, and Accelerated Algebra 2

11th grade: AP Biology, AP English Language, AP Psychology, Spanish III, Human Anatomy, and Pre-calculus

What I will be taking in 12th grade: AP Physics B, AP Calculus AB, AP English Literature, AP Chemistry, and Spanish IIII

My cumulative GPA is a 3.158 unweigted. I got a 27 on my ACT (26 on English, 30 on math, 24 on reading, and 26 on science).
I was on freshmen cheerleading in 9th grade, and got moved to varsity for 10th and 11th grade (I'm not doing cheerleading in 12th grade). I was on tennis freshmen year, and sophomore year I was part of Be the Change (club against bullying).
I have a really nice counselor who supports me, so I know she'll write me a really good reccomendation letter.

I want to major in biochemistry with a minor in Spanish. Anyone think I have chances at MSU or U of M?

MSU probably. U of M probably not

Thanks. anyone else?

I agree with prototyped. Your GPA is too low for U of M and your EC’s are average

You definitely have a chance at MSU (although I would add in a safety school or two to apply to just in case), but little to none for U of M (as others have said, your GPA is too low and your ACT/extracurriculars do not quite make up for it). You can always go to MSU/another school/CC for a year or two and then transfer into U of M if your heart is set on it.
