I assume you have already applied so you are not actively deciding which tests to send? Either way I hope you have submitted both your SAT1 and your three SAT2s. Your SAT1 is fine, it won’t have been the deal breaker if you don’t get in. Your 3 SAT2s are really high so you will have met/exceeded any standardized test benchmark they want to see. The value of also submitting your SAT1 is that you aced math and you did fine/well on the other two sections- not “stellar” but absolutely more than adequate. Together both tests give admissions more data, and they paint a more complete academic profile. Again, I really don’t think a 680 will be a deciding factor against you, especially with a strong GPA and rigorous course load. The other parts of your application will hold the most weight because academically you have met the mark. It will be your essay, recommendations, ECs, and other intangible elements of the application that will sway the committee one way or the other.
At Midd, you have the option of submitting 3 SAT II scores instead of the SAT I. You can do the same with the ACT. I only said that about the SAT II scores because they are stellar and would work more in your favor than your SAT I scores (which still are good, but won’t separate you from the pack).
I think your SAT I CR + M scores being ~95 points higher than Middlebury’s midpoint should be a positive for you (even considering your CR score); As @lr4550 stated, additional data provides distinct benefits.
