<p>I have tried posting my query in many related threads, but no response. So I thought maybe starting a new thread may give my question some more attention :)</p>
<p>can anyone here provide info on MSc IT program of HKU and HKUST? I mean how are they? I know about how good the B and Medical schools are, but how about Computer Science department?</p>
<p>What are my chances of securing admission for the program
Indian
7 band IELTS
2 year full time work ex
3 years part time work ex
76.1 % in grad
91.4% in 12th (senior secondary)
A handful of awards at Professional and Academic level
Good LOR`s , 2 Acads and 2 Professional (1 at each workplace)
Associated with a NGO and sponsoring education of a girl child</p>
<p>whats above is more or less like the highlights, So any inputs? about my chances? Recently I have been hearing , its tough to get in into HKU/UST. </p>
<p>Also, i would be taking some loan to support my education, So its important for me to know about the Job market as well. Any sort of information regarding the same would be appreciated.</p>
