Chances for Northwestern?

Posting this for my daughter....
White female from NYC. HS is one of the NY specialized high schools, very competitive, nationally known. Coomutes an hour and a half each way just to go there, so that limits her availablity for after school jobs and activities.
3.8 GPA (UW..school doesn't weigh).
School doesn't rank either.
1410 old SAT, 2050 new SAT.
700 SATII Math I
600 SATII French
3 on AP French, taking AP Calc, AP Govt and AP English Sr year

4 years varsity softball, 2 years as captain. Also, plays travel fastpitch for the last 5 years, but not recruitable by Northwestern standards. Softball is her biggest activity and she spends a lot of hours on it. Possibly can be a walk on.
NHS-Vice President, Sr year
Journalist for the school satire magazine
Volunteer Math tutor 4 years
Volunteer tour guide at a Tibetan Art Museum, 1 summer
Volunteer for Shoveling for seniors where I shovel snow for senior citizens, 2 winters.

Lots of other small stuff, dad's sister graduated from NW, don't know if that gives her some sort of an alumni connection.
Reccomedations will be excellent, and essays should be above average (but you never know).

I think that she has an excellent shot, but it pretty much depends on what she decides to major in. I had a friend with similar stats, who is actually going to Cornell, who was also accepted to NW with similar stats as a Biochem major... A legacy is a big boost
