I am a female attending a well ranked Vermont public school. I applied ED 2 to NYU. I have an unweighted GPA of 3.66. I had a bad freshman year (didn’t take it as seriously as I should have and now regretting that) with a mix of A’s and B’s and one C+. Sophomore year was all A’s and two B’s. Junior and senior year I have had nothing below an A-. I take a rigorous schedule for my school, and have taken AP Bio (4 on AP exam), AP Government, and AP statistics. Had an 1880 on my SAT with a 620 on my math subject SAT and a 780 on my bio subject SAT. I have a large amount of consistent extracurriculars which I’m hopeful will help for my grades which have been on the lower side. I am in three clubs at school (neuroscience, environmental action, and class council). I run competitively (three half marathons and 1 marathon) and I am a varsity nordic skier. I took a month long pre college program at Barnard College where I took two classes last summer. I have been singing in private voice lessons every week since I was 10, and I am in three choirs (two of which are auditioned and competitive). Along with that I have 20+ hours of community service each year. I know my scores are on the lower side but within range, so I guess I just want to know if the possibility is there!
Let me know what you think! I appreciate the help
