Hello! I was just wondering if I could get some feedback as to what people thought my chances of getting into NYU are. I am absolutely in love with the school and plan on applying early decision to Gallatin, with a focus in public relations. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Okay, here it goes:
I just finished my junior year at a private catholic high school and am a white female.
I have a weighted 4.312 GPA, which should put me at around an unweighted 3.75 with my schools weighting policy.
I have a 1920 SAT with 670 CR 590 Math and 660 writing (taking one more time in the fall)
I am VP of the news team at my school and SGA historian.
I am also involved in several honor societies and play varsity softball.
oh! and I am an IB "diploma candidate" which means I am "taking the most rigorous courses offered" <-- right from the app. haha
I am ranked 18th, putting me in the top 10% of my class.
Before IB I was enrolled in all honors and AP classes and did rather well.

I unfortunately do not have any family members that have attended the university, or any other aspect that could potentially give me a leg up. But, hey I am going to give it my best shot! Thanks again for the feedback.
