Chances for OOS to University of Virginia?

I'm in Full IB at my private school (meaning I'm taking the most rigorous course load possible) I've taken 4 APs so far with 4 or 5s on all of them. I have a 4.43 weighted, a 3.71 non-weighted. I got a 2130 super-scored for the SAT (reading: 660, math:730, writing: 740) a 760 on my MathII subject test (taking the literature one in the fall). I got a 31 on the ACT - no studying - I'm taking it again in the fall hoping to get a 33. I've participated in cross country and track for the past 2 years and won most dedicated award for cross country. I was a student ambassador for my school. I was in mock trial for the past 2 years and I will be participating in it again this year. I've done a lot of service with my church (teaching children about religion) for the past 3 years. I'm also heading a city beautification project this upcoming year where I will be painting a mural for a local homeless shelter as well as volunteering to help the shelter in other ways (I did work for the shelter last year as well). I know I'm lacking in some stuff but I am very passionate about UVA and I really want to go to this school. I know its somewhat unlikely, especially given the fact that I'm OOS but is there any chance?

anyone? I’m pretty desperate…
