<p>no not oxford in england. and not south carolina. (sorry steve spurrier) I'm applying ED to oxford of emory, and southern cal is reg. if you could chance me for wisconsin and illinois too, that'd be dandy. </p>

<p>My friend got into Oxford of Emory with a 3.2 and a 1900 SAT which isn't too different from your scores. The thing is though, Oxford is getting a lot more public attention. More public attention = more applicants = harder to get into. </p>
<p>Best of luck however, I live in GA so I know a good amount about Oxford/Emory.</p>
<p>I say in hopefully because my stats are a little bit worse than yours lol. I think being a URM will help. By the way, it's early action, not early decision.</p>
