Other
Play 4 instruments (piano, trumpet, clarinet, flute)
CYO at Church
Play trumpet in community Band
Play Trumpet and Flute in Church Choir
Caucasian Male from NJ
Have excellent teachers for reccomendations

I am not old enough to have a job in my area (central NJ), but I will when I am 16.

Any thoughts and ideas for improvement are welcome.

I also have a business if you could call it that... For less tech oriented friends and family members, I will research and sell their unwanted possessions on ebay. I also find things on ebay that are poorly advertised(particularly musical instruments), buy them and resell them for profit.

Do well on SATs. Also, send in a tape of you playing your instruments if you play well.

You're about to become a sophmore.

Come back in a year or two.

To wayward_trojan - Is sending recordings necessary for only studying music, or is it just another way to make them want me as a student?

To llpitch - It never hurts to be proactive- Besides I can't change the past, so in 2 years, I'll be glad that I did my research and learned about everything I could to help make my application stand out.

well is that your unweighted GPA? It's amazing either way. You're on the right track! :D

You're in New Jersey where Princeton is just nearby. You're in for serious competition.

Does my state and region of residence really get considered?

Certainly. But enjoy your life, you're barely going to be a sophmore.

Definitely, but I just don't want to regret not having many ECs, etc. in a few when I'm doing my application.

Sounds like you've got a shot. Do you think you'll want engineering or liberal arts? Engineering would be tougher since you're a Caucasian male.

Most likely liberal arts, but I'm not sure.

Good job.
I regret so much right now having ****ed up sophomore and junior.

Is your calculus in senior AB or BC (No matter anyways, I gonna do MVC in Senior)

I'm not sure, our course selction guide just says AP Calculus.

"Feed poor every Friday during Summer
Work in Library during school and during summer"

may want to get more specific with that right? for one thing "feed poor" sounds a little demeaning, though I am sure that is unintentional. if it's through a community or religious program or something, you might mention that. also, if you are volunteering, since it is service, make sure that's specified.

Well, its not like I'm sending this in as my application... I was just making a general list.

dude chill out im a sophomore too and im not gonna worry about college yet. im just preparing to do well on the PSAT
