Difficulty of schedule: Most Rigorous
GPA: 3.85 UW/ 4.4 W
SAT: 1750 630V, 490M, 630W [all explained by my essay - extenuating circumstances etc].
ECs: Junior Vice President of Student Council, Council member all other years, volunteered to help assimilate Asian children into American culture, SNHS [Spanish NHS], organized grassroots project district-wide to raise awareness for homelessness, number 1 in state for dance
Essay: Good [about a life-changing medical experience - it wasn't a broken leg though..that's for sure! :P]
Recs: Mostly good I think [if those are even required]

<p>Pretty good I’d say. My daughter appears to have gotten accepted (won’t know for sure until midnight, but the admissions deposit just appeared on her account statement about an hour ago) and she has similar stats as yours 3.5/4.2 (UW/W) and 1760/2400 on the SAT.</p>
<p>My daughter also wants to try for honors college, but it will involve getting her miserable ACT science score much higher.</p>
