Chances for SDSU, UC Boulder, UO Eugene and WSU

So, my story is a bit complicated.

I was home-schooled for the first 2 years of high school. I really have no idea what my GPA would be for those 2 years, if I had to make one up it would be somewhere around 3.5-3.7, my mom has a full transcript so I’ll figure it out when I apply to college…

For the previous year I’ve been going to a community college for a program that allows me to get my Associates Degree before transferring to a 4-year college, as a freshman. My GPA at the college is clvl: 3.54 and cumulative: 3.48

So my GPA lies somewhere around a current 3.55 average.

My SAT scores were lower than I would’ve preferred. My sectional scores were 570 for reading and writing, and 480 for Math, for a 1050 cumulative.

So my question is, what are my current chances of getting into: SDSU, WSU, UO Eugene, UC Boulder.
And, which should I try to improve on: SAT scores or GPA.

Thanks in advance

Are you OOS for SDSU? What is your home state? Are these schools affordable?

SDSU uses your CSU GPA and SAT Math+CR score to determine a Eligibiity index. You are than ranked by your EI and intended major. CSU GPA is based only on 10-11th grades for the a-g course requirements. You need to fulfill these requirements or your application will not be considered.

Here is the calculation for CSU/UC GPA: https://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/
If you OOS, only AP/IB or DE courses count for the extra Honors points

EI calculation: (CSU GPA x800) + (SAT Math + CR)

To be competitive for SDSU, you want an EI of around 4100 for the popular majors: Engineering/CS/Biology/Psychology/Business. SDSU got around 83,000 applications for 8,000 spots this fall, so it is a selective school.
