Chances for strong arts/communications programs?

So, about me:

-I'm currently a junior at the most competitive high school in North Carolina (not my words, colleges know we're intense).
-My highest SAT right now is a 2060, but I'm taking a class right now for the June date.
-I took AP Chem last year and I'm taking World and EnviSci this year, and by the end of next year, I will have taken 6 or 7 APs.
-I'm really involved with my theater program, I even directed a show last month. I've taken a theater class every year, even if it means giving up an AP or an honors class.
-I'm also involved with journalism, I went to a huge summer camp for it last year but I'm not on the newspaper.
-I'm in Key Club, NHS, and Leadership Team in my school and I'm involved with them, but I don't have any leadership roles in them.
-I've played soccer for 9 years, and I'm joining the track team next fall.
-My school offers a Social Justice perspective course, and I've been in the Social Justice Academy since freshman year.
-Both my parents went to UVA for under/graduate, so I'm a double alumni.
-I'm in the top 10% of my school, and my gpa last year was a 4.3, this year it's a 5.0.
-I'm hispanic.

I'm looking to apply to UNC, William and Mary, UVA, and maybe Berkley, Rice, Yale, and NYU. My dream school is Columbia, but I'm really not sure if I'd get in. I'm not sure what I'm going to major in, but I've been looking at theater/communications/environmental studies. What do you think my chances are, and what should I be looking to improve next year?

hey my parents are alumni too, and we had an interview at UVA with the Admins counselor, so you’ve got a pretty good chance for them, 50% of legacy students are admitted. Not so sure about Columbia, but good luck! Im looking at UVA and W&M too.
