I’m a freshman at PSU now. I got in with a 3.5 weighted GPA, 1910 SAT’s and a liberal arts major. I’m out of state too. However I also came from the Northeast which has historically more challenging school systems so I’m not sure if your region comes into play. What extracurricular activities do you participate in? Also, i was accepted into UCF too, and ASU shouldn’t be a problem.

I come from a nationally prominent school in Puerto Rico. For extracurricular activities, I am external vice-president in my United Nations Club and have been practicing MMA outside of school.

Glad to hear about Arizona State. It’s surprisingly good in Economics.

Your Hispanic background will definitely help you out too, I don’t think most of these schools will be a challenge for you to get in to, with the exception of NYU.

Thank you very much! I am honestly a bit worried about the fact that they are mostly OOS schools. Maybe my background can’t counterweight that, but it still bothers me a bit.
