Combined with some solid essays, what are my chances?

UC Santa Cruz, Merced and Riverside MIGHT be attainable. Based on this year's (admittedly anecdotal) reports of UC admissions, all others would be extreme reaches. Perhaps an SAT prep course would be useful - you can still take the SAT at least two more times. Also helpful would be a summer program demonstrating your initiative to seek out educational opportununities in your field of interest - Academic Connections at UCSD is one, Junior Statesmen of America at USC is another, you should probably consider something other than music or tennis. Or take a CC class or two, or a class at one of the CSUs.

I would say, based on this years admissions

Berkeley, slight reach, though there is a huge chance you won't get in, quite contradictory but the chances are greater (getting admitted) 50-66% considering your extra curriculars, asian ethnicity

UCLA, same with Berkeley

UCSD, IN
The rest of the UC's IN

if your school's api rank is 7-10 then your chances will be slimmer

Usually, lower rank api schools have greater admissions due to past deficiencies within the school system, (crappy social atmosphere, undermined ap prep, lack of challenging courses, contemptible requirements hindering challenging courses, etc!)

you n i have the same chem sat ii scores :D but my sats are lower TT
