chances for these schools? (warning: very low physics score)

hi, i posted here before about my chances to get into carnegie mellon. here are my credentials:

i'm from MA, indian, senior in high school

GPA: 3.89 out of 4 (not sure if weighted or not)
Rank: 41/430 (top 10%)
SAT - 710 M, 700 CR, 690 WR
SAT subject tests - 740 Math IIC, 530 Physics (jesus i know)
AP Tests - 4 US History, ? Calc AB (taking it in spring)
Classes Taken - I've taken the highest level of math, history, and science offered every year. I'm taking AP Calc, AP Physics, Spanish 6 Honors, Statistics Honors this year. Basically, I've taken the hardest classes for the major subjects except English. No talent in art or music.

Honors:
High Honor Roll every term
National Honor Society
Spanish Honor Society

Extracurriculars:
Sports - JV soccer 1 year, JV volleyball 2 years, in-town basketball 4 years
TV crew 1 year

Volunteer Work - I've got around 60 hours volunteering at church, library, and an Indian-American organization

Work Experience - Olympia Sports, started last month, 15-20 hrs a week, convenience store, 3 months, 15-20 hrs a week

And thats about it. I dont have a lot of extracurriculars (was never president of a club, etc.) About the physics score...I had to take a science SAT subject test for Carnegie and I needed another for BC so I thought Phyiscs would be good since Bio wasnt an option for Carnegie and I hated Chemistry. But in retrospect it was a horrible decision because at the time I had only taken one month of AP Phyiscs, not to mention I only studied for about a week. How much does this hurt my chances? Should I retake? Are you allowed to take it in December and still have the scores ready to send in time? I am applying regular decision to all of my schools. The earliest deadline is Jan 1.

Here are my top schools I'm considering applying to: Carnegie, Villanova, BC, UVA, Johns Hopkins, RIT. Any advice would be appreciated.

any thoughts? lay it on me

haha i go that on physics too, we did better than 15% of the country. anyway, your other stats match up with mine, and I'm applying ED to Cornell. I think what will get you in will be your essays, so do well on them

ummm.... i dont think that its a good match and that youre reaching a lot..
you might wanna wait
