Work Experience - Olympia Sports, started last month, 15-20 hrs a week, convenience store, 3 months, 15-20 hrs a week

And thats about it. I dont have a lot of extracurriculars (was never president of a club, etc.) About the physics score...I had to take a science SAT subject test for Carnegie and I needed another for BC so I thought Phyiscs would be good since Bio wasnt an option for Carnegie and I hated Chemistry. But in retrospect it was a horrible decision because at the time I had only taken one month of AP Phyiscs, not to mention I only studied for about a week. How much does this hurt my chances? Should I retake? Are you allowed to take it in December and still have the scores ready to send in time? I am applying regular decision to all of my schools. The earliest deadline is Jan 1.

Here are my top schools I'm considering applying to: Carnegie, Villanova, BC, UVA, Johns Hopkins, RIT. Any advice would be appreciated.
