This year/summer I have done a lot of planning and preparation for the International Special Olympics in Los Angeles where I live, including director of language services for three countries (I also learned advanced beginner/intermediate Uzbek for it)
Compared to several people at my school and other people I know applying to UCs my extracurriculars are weak and pretty ordinary, so I’m nervous about that and my classes are pretty much what everyone at my school takes. I think my college essay is pretty creative. Berkeley is my dream school and I really want to get in
